Customer service... does anyone really come across one company with fantastic customer svc?? hell... i jus called Netrust abt my petrolink card.. they referred me to Customs hotline.. customs.. GOVERNMENT org ok... they refer me to the petrolink ppl.. n wat do i get??? a HUNG UP TONE... darn... i'm getting very angry... i cant even get tis bloody card started... who the hell came up wit tis stupid petrolink program which is sooooooo... unuser frenly when setting up... all in all.. it boils down to one of my fav phrase.. its more reliable to depend on URSELF than on others... I'm going to del the whole thing n reinstall.. freaking program messed up my IE too... n i cant connect to ICQ... darn...

FREAKED OUT.. i wanna go home.....
